About the Mountain Tea

The maximum time to reuse a teabag is two times. After that, the benefits will be lost.

Drinking two to three cups of Mountain Tea a day is ideal to experience the health benefits.

Your tea can be stored in the fridge once it has cooled down. By storing the tea in the fridge, the benefits will not be lost.

Some people tend to consume the tea after lunch or dinner as it helps with reducing the symptoms of heartburn and acid reflux. Some others incorporate in in their morning self-care routines as a mindfulness ritual, or in their night routines to help them relax and have a better-quality sleep.

When stored properly, your tea can be enjoyed for two to three years, and in some cases even longer.
