About the Mountain Tea

Loose Leaf tea: Add 2 tablespoons of the Greek Mountain tea to boiling water and steep it on low heat for about 3-5 minutes. Strain into cups and enjoy!
Teabags: Add one teabag of Greek Mountain tea to boiling water for about 3-5 minutes. Remove the teabag, serve into your favourite mug and enjoy! Our mountain teas should be boiled for several minutes to extract the maximum flavour and benefits.
